ISSUE 1: Old Page Visible // no planes on Radar
This issue is caused by cookies created by old instance of Virtual Radar that was installed on old Virtual Private Server. That caused broken .json file that is responsible for showing aircrafts on the map and on the list. Since we have moved to our own physical server, you may need to refresh your browser and clear all data connected with rawflight.eu and its subdomains and ports available.
Before you do anything
You can simply check if this problem is caused by cache.
MAIN WEBSITE CASE:
To check it, please enter Private/Incognito Mode and enter RawFlight.eu website. If you can see the newer version of the website there, it will be required to clear data.
VIRTUAL RADAR CASE:
The procedure is the same. Enter Private/Incognito mode and enter Virtual Radar website. If you can see planes and all data, that means that your browser has old cache from the old server stored.
If you confirmed tht this is Cache problem:
You need to clear whole History of your browser. If after that problem will exist, do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail: email@example.com
