THE PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT IS TO TELL USERS HOW TO CREATE TICKETS/HELP REQUESTS IN RAWFLIGHT HELPDESK SYSTEM.

STEP 1 – enter RawFlight Helpdek

From the upper Menu, please select RAWFLIGHT HELPDESK

STEP 2 – click SUBMIT TICKET button

There are two options to create this ticket. They are marked on the screenshot below:

STEP 3 – fill the form

Please provide correct e-mail address, Name (Surname is not required). From the department list, select Support.
Select Priority from the dropdown list – please rate importance very carefully.
In Subject textbox, please write a Summary of the ticket
IN Issue Summary, please describe your problem as accurately as you can.
If you need to attach screenshot or file, or whatever, please upload file in Attachments section. Please note, that DOC, DOCX, PDF, JPG, PNG files are allowed.
Fill the captha
Submit

REMEMBER: IF YOU DID NOT REGISTER, YOU WILL NOT GET E-MAIL NOTIFICATION AND TICKET NUMBER. BEFORE CREATING TICKET, IT WOULD BE NICE TO REGISTER. It will allow you to track tickets.
